Your main responsibilities:
- Responsibility for project implementation in accordance with the terms of contract, within the assumed time, budget, while maintaining the quality and safety standards
Project planning, project organization and project implementation control
Coordination of activities on the construction site of the investment being implemented, based on technical specifications, construction plan, budget, legislation and regulations
Coordination and supervision of the activities of contractors, including identifying delays and applying corrective measures
Coordination of the work of the team supervising construction works
You profile:
- University degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical or Project / Construction Management
5+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management team in the industrial or commercial sector (manufacturing plants!)
Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office software, AutoCad
Good communication and organization skills
Problem-solving mindset
Negotiation skills
Good communication in English
Mobility
If possible, training abroad
