ResponsibilitiesOversee development projects at all stages of implementationConduct negotiations and build strong relationships with contractorsManage the preparation and approval of project documentationParticipate in tendering processesEnsure adherence to financial and timeline objectives for project execution.Candidate requirements:Higher professional education in a relevant fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the energy sector is an advantage)Proven experience in negotiating with contractors, preparing and approving technical specifications, and overseeing the execution of workIn-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and the sequence of construction activitiesStrong decision-making skills, with the ability to take responsibility and accountability for final outcomesProficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher (B1 or above).Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.We offer:Competitive salary and benefits package (determined based on interview results)Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00) in a modern office located in central Kyiv (near Klovska metro station)Opportunities for professional growth and development.Official employment with reservation.
