• Control of the terms of execution of repair and finishing works in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Control of compliance with the technical standards for the execution of repair and finishing works in accordance with the regulatory and legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, etc. documentation.
• Budgeting and monitoring of its compliance.
• Making requests for materials and monitoring their implementation by relevant structural units.
• Interaction with all structural units of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher engineering and construction education.
• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year on commercial real estate objects (malls, supermarkets, office centers, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documentation.
• Knowledge of the regulatory legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, and other legal acts.
• Readiness for short-term business trips (1- 2 days)
• Ability to work with a computer, Viber.
