About the Company

We are a residential new construction company focused on delivering organized, well-managed building projects. Our company operates with structured systems, clear cost controls, and disciplined project management. We value organization, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Remote Support Project Manager to assist in managing up to 10 active projects simultaneously.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the Project Manager through estimating, bid management, subcontractor coordination, cost coding, contract processing, invoice tracking, and weekly schedule updates.

You will work inside structured systems using CoConstruct and Bluebeam (full training provided). This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with paperwork and software, and the ability to create repeatable systems.

Core Responsibilities

1. Estimating & Plan Takeoffs

  • Perform quantity takeoffs from construction plans using Bluebeam (training provided).

  • Enter material and labor quantities into CoConstruct (similar to Google Sheets).

  • Apply proper cost codes and cost allocations to all estimate line items.

  • Use historical building rates and company data to support accurate pricing.

  • Organize and maintain estimating templates for repeatable use.

2. Bid Management & Subcontractor Coordination

  • Push estimate line items into Bid Room to request subcontractor pricing.

  • Communicate with subcontractors primarily via email.

  • Organize and compare bids for Project Manager review.

  • Collect and verify subcontractor documentation (license, W-9, insurance certificates).

  • Maintain an organized subcontractor database.

3. Contracts & Cost Tracking

  • Convert approved bids into contracts for electronic signature.

  • Track signed contracts and maintain documentation records.

  • Submit invoices for payment and ensure correct cost code assignment.

  • Track cost allocations across multiple projects.

4. Project Scheduling

  • Update project schedules weekly in CoConstruct.

  • Monitor timelines across up to 10 active projects.

  • Identify inconsistencies or potential scheduling delays.

5. Systems & Process Development

  • Create repeatable workflows for estimating, bidding, subcontractor onboarding, and cost tracking.

  • Develop templates, checklists, and documentation systems.

  • Continuously improve operational efficiency through system refinement.

Requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Comfortable working in Bluebeam and CoConstruct (training provided).

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of residential construction terminology.

  • Average written and spoken English proficiency.

  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Calm, steady, and process-oriented.

  • Enjoys paperwork, organization, and structured systems.

  • Thinks in checklists and repeatable workflows.

  • Not easily overwhelmed by multiple moving parts.

  • Interested in long-term professional growth.

Growth Opportunity

Strong performers in this role may grow into Estimator or Operations Manager responsibilities. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in construction operations and project management.

Compensation: $7–$10 per hour (based on skill, accuracy, and efficiency)

Schedule: 6–8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Must overlap a minimum of 2 hours per day with U.S. time zones.
