The design and construction group of companies 7CI, which in 2023 was included in the Next 250 Forbes rating, is a co-founder of the school of construction project management PROPM, in connection with the expansion of the scope of work, is holding a competition for the vacancy Manager of construction projects.

p>Functional responsibilities:

1. Participation in the preparation of a tender proposal, including the preparation of a calendar schedule for the performance of works (participation in negotiations with representatives of the customer, designers.
2. Organization of the launch of the project implementation:

• preparation of the plan for the purchase of materials, equipment and machines-mechanisms;
• preparation of the plan for the involvement of specialist workers, own crews, subcontractors;
• organization of the production base for a specific project;
• organization of measures to comply with labor protection standards at the facility;

3. Implementation of the project:

• control over ensuring the quality of work execution;
• control over compliance with the deadlines for the execution of work, reporting and providing it to the company management;
• organization of management mandatory executive documentation at the object, monthly adjustment of the detailed work plan and its fixation; ordering materials for the customer's delivery;
• organization of the timely signing of the act of completed works by the customer;
• control of the submission of information by contractors for the payment of advances and wages;
• control of the movement of fixed assets and materials between objects;

4. Closing of the project:

• registration, transfer to the customer, to the VET department of the executive documentation;
• demobilization of the production base (control over the return of own and leased equipment, control over the movement of the remains of unused materials, control over the return of unused materials to the customer);
• project implementation analysis, archiving.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher construction education.
• Experience in implementing large construction projects such as industrial facilities, high-rise residential buildings, business centers, shopping centers for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge principles and standards of project management according to (preferred).
• Knowledge of modern construction technologies.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the construction industry (DBN, SNiP, etc.).
• Knowledge of pricing principles in construction.
• Experience in drawing up a project budget with further control of its implementation (preferred).
• Experience in creating a project team (preferred).
• Readiness for business trips is a must.
