In the KAN Bud team we invite a Construction Project Manager

MAIN TASK:

• Management of construction site activities
• Development of construction project schedules (namely, construction and installation works, issuance of work documentation, project financing, supply of equipment and materials, tenders and supplies) and control of their implementation

FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Ensuring the implementation of the project of production tasks, in accordance with the schedules and projects of work execution and putting objects into operation within the terms established by the contract
• Organization of timely provision of construction site design and technological documentation Organization and control of analysis and coordination of all changes to working documentation
• Participation in the preparation and approval of tenders and contractual prices
• Control of timely payment to contractors, according to signed contracts
• Ensuring the preparation and timely submission of operational reports
• Formation and analysis of the directive schedule for construction and installation works and project budget
• Analysis and optimization of project implementation
• Organization of the work of all subcontractors at the facility
• Planning and control of construction financing
• Organization and control of the collection of the necessary documentation for commissioning
• Participation in the development of the project budget (plan / fact)
• Signing of acts of performed works of subcontracting organizations

< strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Education in engineering and construction
• Experience in operational and financial accounting
• Experience working on a construction site< /li>
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of equipment, systems and mechanisms on the construction site
• Confident command of the computer MS Office, MS Project (Primavera, Spider Project)
• Ability to work in team, responsibility
• Stress resistance
