Responsibilities:

• organization and full support of the construction project (from the initial stage to commissioning);
• participation in the development of the project concept;
• preparation and collection of all necessary for the construction of the facility documentation;
• conclusion of contractual relations with subcontractors for design and construction and installation works and control over the fulfillment of the terms of the contracts;
• preparation of the tender schedule, participation in the tender committee;
• ensuring control and technical supervision over the timeliness of preparation and issuance of design, estimate and other technical documentation for construction works, compliance established construction deadlines;
• organization of work performed by subcontractors on the construction site;
• control over the compliance of construction and assembly works with approved design and estimate documentation;
• conducting work on acceptance and commissioning of objects.
