A construction company is looking for a Construction Project Manager, a VTV engineer.

Requirements

• higher engineering and technical education;
• work experience in this position of 5 years or more;
• skills in organizing the construction process at the object;
• fluent command of MS Office (Word, Excel);
• work with documentation, DRAWINGS, estimates, acts;
• decency, responsibility, punctuality, honesty;
• readiness for business trips.

Duties

• organization of the construction process at the facility
• making plans and work schedules, monitoring their compliance and execution
• collection of all necessary construction documentation (journals, reports on hidden works, reports of completed works, write-off of materials)
• counting and analysis of the amount of construction materials and structures for financing planning.
• compilation of schedules and plans for timely provision of the building object with materials, products, constructions and mechanisms.
• coordinating and solving issues on this object together with the executive engineer

1. Work is NON-REFERREDALONE, in the office.
2. Working schedule Mon-Fri from 9.00-18.00, Sat, Sun - closed
3. The office is located in the city of Vyshneve, Chornovola Street 52 (near the Zhulyansky Bridge)
