We are looking for a team member of the development department -Construction Project Manager!

Obov' links:

• Construction project management in in all directions, except for organizationssales and marketing operations;
• Organization of effective interaction between customer departments, contractors, control bodies;
• Organization and coordination of all projects: checking of project documentation; control of project decisions together with responsible GIPs; 
• Obtaining source data and permit documentation, having own experience in obtaining source data and permit documentation;
• Constant communication with the general designer regarding the development of project documentation in accordance with the technical specifications, control of the development schedule of project works and issuance of project documentation; examination; 
• Organization and control of tenders for the purchase of works and materials;
• Organization and control of work on the construction site;
• Development of the project schedule according to the logic of "issuance of working documentation / conducting tenders / execution of BMR and engineering works" 
• Control of the project schedule and development of actions to reduce the backlog of terms, if such are observed;
• Development and control of the construction budget;
• Communication with founders, partners and SOEs; 
• Preparation of current and final reports on the project; 
• Conducting meetings and keeping minutes.
