Construction project manager in Capital Group

Development company "Stolitsa Group" (www.stolitsagroup.com) is opening a vacancy for a construction project manager.

Requirements:

• Engineering - construction, architectural education.
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of construction, State norms and rules, Codes, Orders, Resolutions, etc.
• Work experience of 2 years in the service of the customer, in project organizations, construction engineering, development.
• Willingness and opportunity to travel abroad with the project manager in order to gain and gain experience in leading companies in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the English language at the level B1-B2
• Understanding and knowledge of the algorithm of stages of construction project implementation. Experience working with project documentation.
• Critical thinking (risk assessment, development variability, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office+Project programs, AutoCAD.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Readiness for learning and self-realization.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive work with a construction project under the management of the project manager:

- Participation in the development and implementation of the construction project;
- Work with project documentation (participation in the development of technical specifications, TK); ;
- Coordination, control and optimization of project solutions;
- Organization of the construction process of the contractor;
- Organization of linking project solutions with external engineering networks;

- Formation of schedules conducting tenders, TOR;
- Work with economic documentation of the project (budgets, acts of completed works, commercial proposals, etc.);
- Analysis of the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Organization of the object introduction into operation;.

Working conditions: official employment, employment contract, work according to the Labor Code of Ukraine.
