Requirements:

• higher construction education (PCB)
< li>successful experience of implemented construction projects, namely industrial facilities as a construction project manager
• readiness for dynamic and intensive work
• honesty, decency, responsibility
• ability to work with estimates
• readiness for business trips (30% of working time)
• developed communication skills

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of a package of tender documents
2. Analysis of tender offers
3. Estimation of volumes and quality control of construction works
4. Analysis of estimates
< li>Planning work schedules
5. Monitoring contracts
6. Control of construction/installation contractors
