 Requirements:

• higher construction education
• additional education in the direction of "Project Management" is an advantage
• experience in the implementation of a full-cycle construction project
• knowledge of computer programs: MSOffice, 1C, Bitrix 24 - knowledge of MS Project, ArchiCAD is an advantage
• driver's license B.

Duties:

• comprehensive management of a construction project from the beginning of design to commissioning. Drafting of the project budget, schedule of construction and assembly works, management of terms, cost of works, production process of construction
• estimation cost, terms and necessary resources for the implementation of projects in the field of construction
• coordination of documents necessary for the implementation of construction with controlling state bodies
• plan-fact analysis of calendar plans - project implementation schedules

• control and management of the project budget
• technical and administrative control over the progress and quality of work at the facility
• minimization of project implementation costs
• participation in tender purchases
• creating applications for ordering the necessary materials to perform work in the supply department
• selection and management of subcontractors
• work with design and estimate documentation

• formation of documentation regarding the delivery of objects
• negotiations with customers, contractors and other interested parties
• preparation of reports on the progress of project implementation.
