In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a head of the technical department.

Main duties:

Managing a team of craftsmen : planning, coordination and control of repair works.

• Participation in the opening of new retail outlets: ensuring timely and high-quality repair work during the launch of new stores.
• Working with racks: monitoring the installation and maintenance of retail equipment, racks structures.
• Interaction with contractors: coordination of work plans, control over quality and deadlines.
• Evaluation and quality control of completed works.
• Reporting and compliance with the project budget .

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in opening new retail outlets and knowledge of the specifics of repair work for stores.
• Ability to manage a team and supervise the execution of tasks .
• Knowledge of repair technologies and the specifics of working with commercial equipment.
• Skills of planning and budget calculation.
• Organization, responsibility and ability to solve problems.
