Responsibilities :

• Organization of project meetings, keeping and distributing meeting minutes. Existence of critical tasks in the minutes of meetings
• Scanning and archiving of construction project documentation (permitting documentation and output data, project documentation of various stages, signed subcontracts with annexes, contractual prices, reports of completed works, etc.);< /li> projects for stakeholders in the established form and in accordance with the existing Regulations;
• Collection and systematization of reports on the progress of project tasks (Planner);
• Update of the project risk register and the register of changes in the project budget. Informing teamsand about changes in the project;
• Preparation of applications for payment under the project with further approval of such application by the project manager;
• Participation in the development of regulatory documents for Project and Portfolio Management Standards;
• Visualization of project management business processes;
• Formation of official letters;
• Performance of other tasks set by the company management.
