Requirements Requirements: Education: construction (medium technical, higher) Availability of a certificate of technical supervision: welcome Work experience: 5 years in the specialty of construction engineer, foreman, technical supervision Responsibilities: Inspection and measurement of premises; compilation of technical tasks (for design, implementation of BMR) at the bank's facilities; providing comments on the developed planning solutions for compliance with the DBN and the bank's internal requirements; checking the defective act provided by the contractor; drawing up construction and project performance schedules; checking the estimate documentation provided by contractors for the implementation of BMR (list and scope of work); control of development of PCD of the technical task and DBN; control of the compliance of the construction works performed by the PCD, the defective act, quality control of the BMR and compliance with the schedules of design and construction works; agreed estimate and DBN; control of conformity and quality of used material means by a subcontractor; carrying out control measurements of completed BMR; making changes, if necessary, to the PCD and the list of BMR; certification of hidden works; verification of acts of completed works (volumes and list of works); Benefits We offer: Work experience in a large systemic international business: work in a large international company that creates a diverse and inclusive environment for the professional and personal development of employees.
