We are lookingCapital construction manager">, which performs a key role in the planning, organization and control of construction projects.
Duties:?
project management: managing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, time, resource and budget control
planning and strategy development: development of detailed construction plans, coordination of preparation of project documentation and coordination of all stages of construction with senior management
schedule compliance control: tracking the progress of construction works and ensuring the project is completed within the stipulated time frame
contractor and supplier management: interaction with subcontractors, suppliers of materials and equipment, control over the execution of contracts
quality assurance: control over the quality of construction works performed in accordance with technical standards and regulations
work with permit documentation: obtaining all necessary permits, approvals and licenses for construction work
stakeholder communication: cooperation with investors, architects, government bodies and other stakeholders of the project to solve current issues.
From you we expect:
higher education
having a driver's license
3 years of experience in a similar position
confident use of a PC (Word, Excel, 1C)< /p>
readiness for business trips
organizational and communication skills, activity, purposefulness, ability to learn quickly, attentiveness, punctuality
ability to quickly solve non-standard and complex issues
