Who are we? VIVAT TRADING is an importer and distributor of office supplies of European brands and KITE backpacks. Our backpacks have been the Ukrainians' Choice of the Year in their category for 4 years in a row. And it is not surprising, because every third schoolchild has our KITE. We are proud!

We have been on the market for 32 years. We employ 200 people. Our clients — shops, chain supermarkets, i-net shops, companies providing complex office supplies — are located in all corners of Ukraine.

We invite a consolidated information analyst to join the team of the sales department.

What is the task of this position: information and analytical support of the company's commercial activities

What will be in the responsibilities:

• formation and development of reporting for sales analysis, forming hypotheses, providing conclusions and preparing recommendations for increasing sales results

• forming sales plans

• preparing, processing and administering data sources

 < strong>Requirements for the candidate's competences:

• work experience as a sales/marketing analyst in a system company for more than 3 years

• understanding and experience of participating in analysis, planning processes , sales forecasting

• experience in the development and implementation of information systems, analytical tools, reporting systems

• higher education (advantage: mathematics, cybernetics, statistics)

• in-depth knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, import, export from databases and objects, graphics)

• practical experience working with databases or Access, knowledge of SQL

• experience in the development and implementation of BI systems will be considered an advantage

• experience in multitasking mode
