Analyst of consolidated information (Power BI) in Kovalska

The main goal of the position is the automation and standardization of the company's analytical processes: the collection and processing of data, the formation of analytical models, interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI to ensure quick and informed decision-making by management.

Functional responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI
• Building and optimizing data models
• Connection and integration of various data sources (databases, Excel, etc.)
• Independent determination and search of data sources necessary for building analytical reporting, analysis of data structure and quality
• On the basis of the identified sources of task formation for the creation of data showcases in DWH (in cooperation with the IT team, data engineers): necessary tables, fields and connections between them
• Development of KPIs and analytical indicators for the areas of logistics, procurement and finance
• Automation of regular management reporting
• Interaction with business units to determine the needs of analytics
• Control of data quality, detection of anomalies and initiation of improvement of the data collection and storage process
• Control of correctness of calculations
• Analysis of results and preparation of analytical conclusions for business

Our expectations:

• Higher education (statistics, economics, mathematics, cybernetics, etc.)
• Experience as an analyst, preferably in the field of construction, FMCG, Retail, Delivery, telecommunications, etc.
• Experience with Power BI
• Proficient knowledge of Excel Advanced, DAX and Power Query
• SQL skills will be an advantage
• Understanding business processes in logistics, procurement and knowledge of financial analysis will be an advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to visualize data and structure information
