Consolidated information analyst in Promotion

Our client, a leading Ukrainian brand of power tools, garden equipment and repair equipment with a strong emphasis on high service, invites to its team aConsolidated Information Analyst.

Purpose of the position:

Ensure timely, accurate and standardized consolidation of data for analytical processes in the direction of production and inbound logistics, support of reporting and analytics for making operational and strategic decisions.

Main duties:

• Collection, consolidation and verification of data from various sources (ERP, databases, internal files).

• Formation of regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) according to standard templates.

• Preparation of datasets and auxiliary analytical calculations for product analysts and the manager.

• Support of corporate KPIs: balances, deficit, turnover, execution of plans.

• Participation in standardization and automation of reporting (Excel, Power Query, Google Sheets).

• Preparation and updating data for BI-dashboards (Power BI), control of display correctness.

• Interaction with IT to solve data integration and correctness issues.

• Participating in weekly/monthly operational meetings and informing the manager about key changes and risks.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in the field of analytics from 1 year (FMCG/retail/distribution will be an advantage).

• Ability to work with large data sets and details.

• Developed analytical skills, systematicity, attentiveness.

• Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query), Google Sheets.

• Preferred: experience with BI systems (Power BI).

• Basic knowledge SQL will be a plus.

• Ability to work multitasking and in team interaction.
