We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Configuration Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s internal CRM and CLM and related systems.

As a Configuration Manager, you will have a dynamic and multifaceted role that includes managing critical systems, coordinating projects, documenting, and collaborating across teams while utilizing various technologies and methodologies and opening up opportunities for growth and advancement in the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage internal Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for ShamanGo.
  • Manage Veeva Vault accounts.
  • Manage, prioritize and communicate all these tasks on the Jira board (Kanban).
  • Provide English communication with Product Owners, R&D, Support (Direct and in Common Meetings).
  • Linkin pin to QA team for custom configurations and use cases
  • Support documentation for new configurations (features, customers) in text, images, recordings.
  • Generate reports.

Skills we are looking for:

  • 1+ year of IT experience (QA, Development, System Admin, Project Manager).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Postman, REST, GraphQL, SQL, JSON.
  • Good knowledge of Jira, Kanban, ChatGPT and Prompting.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • English B2 and higher.
