Functional responsibilities:

• diagnosis and troubleshooting of IT equipment directly at the facilities;
• assembly, installation and setup of workplaces in stores;
• performance of modernization works IT equipment and modular replacement of faulty parts;
• work in the Servi systemce desk (application processing);
• maintenance of business documentation.

Required skills:

• work experience in the role of Computer Systems Engineer, System Administrator , IT services support engineer or related roles;
• higher education;
• confident knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC hardware;
• understanding of the principles of network protocols and the construction of computer networks;

• communication, responsibility, desire to develop and ability to work in a team;
• gresponsibility for business trips in the city of Kyiv and the region.
