We create comfortable working conditions, support the development of our specialists and introduce modern technologies in medicine. We are looking for a computer systems engineer to join the team.
Duties:
- User support (L1) — help with technical malfunctions;
- Accepting applications from users (by phone, mail, in the ticket system, chat);
- Diagnosis and resolution of typical incidents related to the operation of servers and workstations based on Linux, Windows, as well as transfer of complex cases to the 2nd line;
- Primary diagnosis of problems (network connections, access, services, rights);
- Solving standard incidents and advising users on working with OC Linux, Windows;
- Monitoring servers and services (using Zabbix or similar systems);
- Maintaining a knowledge base and descriptions of resolved incidents;
- Escalating incidents to the 2nd line if necessary;
- Monitoring application statuses before their complete closure.
Our requirements:
- Experience in Linux, Windows OS administration at the user and junior administrator levels (CLI, working with files, processes, services, logs);
- Understanding basic network principles (IP, DNS, DHCP, ping, traceroute, ssh, ftp/scp, firewall);
- Polite communication skills and customer orientation;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, willingness to work according to regulations;
- Experience in support service or system administration;
- Understanding the basics ITIL (incident, request, change);
- English only at the level of reading technical documentation;
- Responsibility, attentiveness and desire to develop in the IT sphere.
