The main goal of the position< /span> – ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment, user support and solving technical problems.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Installing and reinstalling the operating system, software on laptops.

• Issuing and receiving equipment (laptops, monitors, headsets, tokens).

• Troubleshooting typical programs.

• Elimination of malfunctions with office equipment and timely replacement of cartridges, toners.

• Delivery of computer equipment to the service center..

• Managing account requests for new users (Gmail, Dokprof, Active Directory, Meddata, Space, Notion, Microsoft).

• Technical support for users.

Expected work results and evaluation criteria for the work performed:

• Stability of technical infrastructure;

• Prompt resolution of technical queries;

• High level of employee satisfaction with the technical support provided;

Musthave for future colleagues (qualification requirements ):

• Experience . work in the field of technical support will be an advantage

• Knowledge. Operating system: Windows 7-11 and skills to work with Google tools (mail, calendar, drive), task managers, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of setting up and maintaining computer and office equipment.

• Language. Fluency in Ukrainian.
