Computer systems engineer in Nova Digital

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a "Computer Systems Engineer".

What will you do:

• monitoring of services;
• processing of incidents, user requests through the service desk directly in the office or remotely;

• user support, providing advice on technical issues;
• configuring/installing Windows, Linux operating systems;
• li>
• connecting, configuring and installing drivers for peripheral equipment;
• perform computer assembly, modular replacement of hardware parts ;
• conduct diagnostics of PC hardware and software failures;
• local network support and other tasks;< /li>
• primary diagnosis of failures of sorting lines;
• support of the information service of terminals.

About you:

• understanding of the principles of operation of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory services;
• basic knowledge of IP operation telephony, basic SQL skills;
• professional technical education;
• excellent knowledge of Ubuntu, Windows systems and skills working with the server part;
• PC assembly skills and understanding of configuration principles;
• local network skills , including laying cables, connecting and setting up active network equipment;
• understanding the principles of TCP/IP network protocols
• understanding the principles of Vlan, VPN technologies.
