We are looking for Computer accounting specialist of the OT analysis and process support group of the user support department of the Operational Technologies Department

Your main tasks will be:

• Working in the accounting program (SAP);
• Creation of applications/orders/reservations for the purchase of equipment, software; equipment from the warehouse;
• Issuance, distribution, movement of computer equipment, including acts of acceptance and transfer;
• Control of equipment undergoing (warranty) repair, as well as the availability of a reserve for temporary replacement ;
• Writing off the fixed assets of the enterprise;
• Execution of requests: verification of accountability, availability;
• Interaction with by employees who set up computer equipment; Reconciliation of computer equipment users, inventory and serial numbers;
• Conducting a selective (or upon request) inventory of equipment, as well as participating in the general annual inventory of the Company;
• li>Processing requests about dismissed employees, including acts of acceptance and transfer of objects from the report of employees who are being released.

We will be glad to see in the team if you have:

• Professional education (vocational-technical or higher, including incomplete higher education) preferably in the field of finance or accounting;
• Work experience in the field of finance (economics), accounting accounting, warehouse accounting from 1 year;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

• Competent oral and written speech;

  
  

• Openness and non-conflict, sociability;

• Analytical abilities welcome;

• Experienced PC user;

• Basic knowledge of types and components of computer equipment;

• Responsibility and orientation towards result;

• Ability to learn quickly;

• Aspiration to improve and learn new things;

• Experience in the SAP family systems will be an advantage.
