Compliance Specialist in De Novo

We are looking for an experienced and responsible lawyer / compliance manager who will help streamline regulatory documentation and ensure compliance of the Company's activities (provider of cloud services and data center services) with regulatory requirements when interacting with customers - banking institutions and other participants in the financial services market.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance in accordance with requirements current legislation of Ukraine and the EU (EU regulations, in particular DORA, resolutions of the National Bank of Ukraine, resolutions of the CMU, laws of Ukraine, etc.).
• Monitoring changes in Ukrainian and EU legislation, preparing explanations and providing advice to the Company's structural divisions.
• Ensuring compliance of activities and documentation with regulatory requirements (obtaining permits, inclusion in registers/lists, preparation and submission of reports).
• Coordination of work of the Company's divisions on compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contractual work: preparation, review and approval of contracts and additional agreements.
• Interaction with regulatory authorities (official communication, responses to inquiries, participation in inspections and audits).

Main requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in the field compliance, legal or regulatory support.
• Knowledge of current legislation and understanding of its practical application.
• Negotiating skills.
• Practical experience of participating in the development of legal and regulatory documents.

Will be an additional advantage:

• Experience of working with regulatory documentation regulating the activities of critical infrastructure objects, and understanding of practical application relevant requirements (interaction with branch and functional bodies, reporting, inspection support).
• Experience of participation in authorization processes of information and communication systems (ICS), knowledge of basic, target and branch security profiles for confidential information and information for official use.
