We are looking for the position of Leading specialist Control and management group compliance with DKK risks.

If you join us, you will:

< li>conducting inspections in the direction of compliance in accordance with methodologies, according to approved schedules and plans of inspections.
• conducting independent testing of controls carried out on 1 line of protection in the direction of compliance in accordance with methodologies, according to approved inspection schedules and plans.
• conducting thematic inspections of specified topics in the area of ​​compliance, creating thematic inspection methodologies.
• reporting on the results of inspections, developing recommendations and monitoring the implementation of recommendations based on the identified violations.
• development and systematization of proposals for improving the quality of control. 
• analysis of areas of possible inspections with high compliance risk.
• implementation of group compliance control methodologies.
• adaptation to specific risks and local legislation, as well as their constant updating.
• consulting employees of the compliance control department and other employees of the Bank on control issues in the field of compliance control, implementation of the Group's compliance standards and policies related to issues of control and risk management. 
• participates in bank-wide and compliance projects and, if necessary, participates in their implementation (including analytics, preparation of business requirements, testing and actual implementation of projects).

This job is made for you if you have:

• complete higher legal/economic education in the field of management;
< li>work experience of 2 years in units related to inspections, implementation of control functions, experience in risk assessment, audit functions;
• knowledge of Ukrainianand international legislation in the field of compliance and financial monitoring, currency legislation;
• knowledge of the state language;
• knowledge of English not lower than the Upper Intermediate level;
• self-organization skills;< /li>
• perfect knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Excel, World, SAP;
• knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
