Compliance control analyst in Kredi Agrikol, bank

We are currently looking for a Compliance Control Analyst

Main tasks :

• Control of compliance with the requirements of the Code of Conduct, conflict of interest procedures, early whistleblowing policy, procedures for detected violations of current legislation , internal regulatory documents and other incidents.
• Tracking changes in the rules and procedures of Credit Agricole Group on Compliance (FIDES) and supporting their implementation.
• Methodological work on issues of anti-corruption, protection of personal data, conflicts of interest, new products and activities, handling customer complaints and other compliance issues.
• Implementation of fixed permanent controls, ensures proper storage of the audit trail of permanent controls.
• Participation in communication issues with issues of spreading the compliance culture.

What is needed:

• Education: Economic / Legal.
• Work experience - preferably 2 years in the banking sector as a specialist in compliance, operational risks, auditor, lawyer.
