The position involves full possession of data on labor payment systems for all enterprises of the group, preparation of answers to requests for this data, respectively to defined rules and levels of access, as well as maintenance and regular updating of the consolidated salary database. The role involves working closely with corporate management, finance and accounting to agree and capture data to pay.
This is a role for a professional who wants to influence business decisions, not just process data, and participate in building a modern rewards system across a group of companies.
Requirements
- Experience in C&B or Total Rewards
(preferably in a multi-company structure).
Responsibilities1. Compensation management- Salary consolidation across all group companies.
- Building and updating grades, salary ranges and compensation policies (in collaboration with HRD and finance).
- Labor market analysis and making recommendations on compensation competitiveness.
2. Motivation and rewards
- Development, implementation and support of motivational schemes (bonuses, KPI, production incentives).
- Formation of principles for calculating the variable part of the reward depending on work results / production.
- Position does not directly calculate wages pays, but is responsible for the methodology, data verification and their reconciliation before payment.
3. Analytics and Reporting
- Collection and analysis of data to inform management decisions regarding compensation.
- Preparation of regular analytics and reports for HRBP and management on the performance of C&B practices.
4. Policies, standards and processes
- Participation in the development of remuneration policies and the bonus system.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.
- Monitoring and control of compliance with approved rules by heads of business units.
5. Cooperation with kteams
- Coordination of interaction with finance, HRBP and heads of business units.
- Consultative support to managers on compensation and staff motivation issues.
