Your duties will be: Development, implementation and support of the Company's compensation and benefits policy and programs; Planning and control over the implementation of the annual budget on personnel and the budget of the personnel department; Development and implementation of a system of goal-setting and personnel evaluation in accordance with the Company's strategy and policies; Management and improvement of the existing system of variable remuneration in the Company; Formation of a factor analysis of plan/fact deviations for personnel costs on a monthly basis Conducting analytical studies of the state of the market, participating in salary and compensation reviews, preparing analytical reports based on them, analyzing the company's competitiveness on the labor market, providing recommendations to management; Organization of annual and individual reviews of employee salaries, calculation of changes in the salary fund based on proposals regarding salary revision; FOP budgeting by divisions in the area of ​​responsibility; Writing business requirements for automation of HR processes; interaction with the IT department; methodological support of HR process automation projects; Preparation of presentations, analytical HR reporting for management. For work you will need: Higher education - technical/economic; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Excel - advanced user (complex formulas, summary tables) ); Desired experience with 1C and Power BI; Knowledge of the principles of budgeting and cost management; Structuredness, systematicity, proactive approach to solving tasks, analytical mindset, responsibility; Skills in preparing reports and making presentations; Analytical composition, punctuality, active lifestyle , the ability to work in a team.
