Nestle Ukraine company announces a competition for a temporary position (maternity rate) Analyst for calculating compensations and bonusesin sales department inm. Kyiv. other).Calculation of the budget, verification and agreement with the finance department of the calculation of the cost of merchandising services.Creation and adjustment of budgets for payment to distributors of merchandising services in the system (CIM).Processing of acts of services rendered in Vchasno/MeDoc.Submission of requests for payments to distributors of merchandising services in system.Verification of distributors' compliance with labor legislation.Making necessary changes to contracts with distributors.Providing necessary reports on the cost of merchandising services upon request from various divisions of the company.Main requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in analytical and administrative work;
- High level of understanding of details;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Intermediate English proficiency (oral, written);
- Above average proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel), Database, SQL, SAP, Timely - will be an advantage;
- Developed communication skills, the ability to work effectively with different departments and build relationships with customers / partners.
