We are looking for a person who:
- Speaks English at the Upper Intermediate level and above (required);
- Has experience in forming and maintaining a reward system, social package of the company (insurance, sports payment, additional payments);
- Understands the policies, procedures and practices of multinational companies in matters of remuneration;
- Has high Excel skills (formulas, summary tables ). Experience in SAP, 1C, Power BI will be an advantage;
- Participation in the implementation of a unified accounting system for compensation and benefits will be a plus;
- Has experience in working with large data sets.
What to do:
- Administration calculation of premiums according to indicators performance;
- Participation in evaluating the effectiveness of existing reward systems, schemes and compensation packages;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing reward systems and implementing new systems and incentives for employees;
- Evaluation of effectiveness and adjustment of regulations on wages, bonuses, vacations and other regulations;
- Organization and implementation of the development of social programs in the company;
- Support and support of automated accounting systems, preparation of technical tasks for automation of processes related to employee registration, personnel evaluation, working time accounting, payroll;
- Organization budgeting of social benefits for company employees, maintaining a database of benefits provided to company employees;
- Participation in compensation and benefits studies in the industry (salary reviews);
- Preparation of statistical reports and analytical reports in the field of compensation and benefits;
- Labor market analysis and calculation of salary ranges according to employee categorization.
