"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100 thousand hectares of land, 2 sugar factories, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry), opens a competition for the position             Compensation and benefits specialist (S&B)

Duties:

• Calculation of bonuses and additional payments of the organization's employees.
• Control of the correctness of setting the levels of salaries, allowances and additional payments of the company's employees, in accordance with the agreed norms.
• Consolidation of information for accrual bonuses and additional payments to be entered into the 1C system.
• Budgeting for effective planning and analysis of the causes of budget plan/fact deviations.
• Participation in the development of policies and procedures in terms of salaries, compensations and benefits .

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) at the level of a confident user
• knowledge of labor legislation
• knowledge of the principles of salary formation, methods of material and non-material incentives
