Main Responsibilities

– Prepare payroll statements for benefits disbursements
– Handle C&B compensation requests by subdivisions.
– Manage training compensation requests by subdivisions
– Process monthly and one-off relocation payment requests
– Prepare and organize the disbursement of monthly, quarterly, and semiannual bonuses, including coordination with employees and conversion of amounts into payment documents
– Consolidate data for the Plan-Fact analysis of the HR budget across all budgets lines and divisions
– Calculate overtime compensation and create payment documents
– Assist employees with salary-related inquiries (amounts, unpaid salaries, etc.) and reconcile payroll, making necessary adjustments and corrections for new hires
– Participate in C&B policies and processes development
– Analyze benefits in other companies within the region. Identify benefit providers in Europe
Mandatory Requirements
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
– Proficiency in HR software (1C, HiBob, or similar systems)
– Strong analytical and data management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Fluency in Ukrainian, English A2 level or higher
