We are looking for C&B Specialist who will become part of the HR team and help build a transparent, efficient and competitive compensation system that reflects the value of each specialist.
This is a role for someone with an analytical mind and a strategic vision who understands how through the compensation and benefits system influence the business, engagement and performance of the team.
Key tasks:
- Formulation and implementation of the Compensation & Benefits policy within The company's HR strategies.
- Development and administration of a system of grades, KPIs, bonus and bonus programs.
- Conducting market reviews of salaries, participation in salary surveys, preparation of recommendations for management.
- Analysis of the structure of personnel costs, performance evaluation motivational programs and budget load forecasting.
- Interaction with the HR, finance and line managers departments to coordinate compensation decisions.
- Participation in projects with automating HR analytics and building dashboards.
- Initiating new approaches in the sphere of compensation, benefits and talent retention. HR or management).
- Work experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits from 2-3 years in a structured company.
- Understanding the principles of grading, KPI, building bonus systems.
- Confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets, knowledge of Power BI or HR analytical systems will be an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, attention to details, systematic and accurate.
- Responsibility, ethics, confidentiality when working with data.
- Developed communication skills and the ability to present analytical conclusions in understandable business language.
