Functional requirements' links:

• Calculation of wages (variable part);
• preparation of wage reports;
• preparation of personnel documentation (orders for business trips, bonuses);< /li>
• communication with line managers and employees regarding salary and accrual data;

If you:

• know how to analyze personnel costs;
• have experience in developing and setting KPIs;
• developed internal policies and procedures, provisions, regulations;< /li>
• engaged in the preparation, analysis and presentation of information related to labor remuneration in accordance with requests
• mastery of Excel at the expert level (consolidated tables, complex formulas).
