We are announcing a job opening for Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Obov' duties:

• Entering and correcting current primary information in the 1C accounting system;
• Preparing and entering information into systems for calculating wages and bonuses and additional payments;
• Calculation of bonuses;
• Preparation of regular regulated reporting on issues of remuneration, number and movement of personnel;
• Preparation of information-analytical and settlement reporting on issues salary and staff numbers upon request;
• Calculation and preparation of staff performance reports;
• Providing consulting and informational support to managers and employees on salary matters labor.

Requirements:

• Work experience from the 1st year in a similar position; 
• Knowledge of MS Office and 1C;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Ability to work for results.
