  Duties:

  • Update all regulatory internal documents and policies in the area of ​​compensations and benefits;
  • Formation of analytical reporting (FOT analytics, turnover, etc.);
  • Preparation of data for salary review, for budgeting;
  • Operational monitoring of additional payments, payments of material assistance;
  • Control over compliance with the staff list, spending of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and assessments, official salaries, allowances, allowances, according to the tariff of work;
  • Calculation of the variable part on the basis of key performance indicators (KPI) and compensation payments.

  From you we expect:

  • Experience in a similar position from 1 year, but we are ready to consider a less experienced candidate with a thirst for development;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio on advanced user levels;
  • Skills in working with the ERP system (preferably 1C);
  • Ability to work with large volumes data;
  • Developed analytical skills;
  • Experience in preparing presentations, HR dashboards, data visualization;
  • Proactivity, systematicity, optimism and a sense of humor.
