Responsibilities:
- Update of all regulatory internal documents and policies in the area of compensation and benefits;
- Formation of analytical reporting (analytics of FOT, turnover, etc.);
- Preparation of data for reviewing salaries, for budgeting;
- Operational support of additional payments, material assistance payments;
- Control over compliance with the staff list, spending of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and rates, salaries, extra payments, allowances, according to the tariff of works;
- Charging of the variable part based on key performance indicators (KPI) and compensation payments.
From you we expect:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year, but are ready to consider a less experienced candidate with a thirst for development;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio at the level of an advanced user;
- Skills for working with the ERP system (preferably 1C);
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Developed analytical skills;
- Experience in preparing presentations, HR dashboards, data visualization;
- Proactivity, systematicity, optimism and a sense of humor.< /li>
