Responsibilities:

• Update of all regulatory internal documents and policies in the area of ​​compensation and benefits;
• Formation of analytical reporting (analytics of FOT, turnover, etc.);
• Preparation of data for reviewing salaries, for budgeting;
• Operational support of additional payments, material assistance payments;
• Control over compliance with the staff list, spending of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and rates, salaries, extra payments, allowances, according to the tariff of works;
• Charging of the variable part based on key performance indicators (KPI) and compensation payments.

From you we expect:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year, but are ready to consider a less experienced candidate with a thirst for development;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio at the level of an advanced user;
• Skills for working with the ERP system (preferably 1C);
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Developed analytical skills;
• Experience in preparing presentations, HR dashboards, data visualization;
• Proactivity, systematicity, optimism and a sense of humor.< /li>
