Duties:

• Update of all regulatory internal documents and policies in the area of ​​compensation and benefits;
• Formation of analytical reporting (analytics of FOT, turnover, etc.);
• Preparation of data for salary revision, for budgeting;< /li>
• Operational support of additional payments, payments of material assistance;
• Control over compliance with the staff list, spending of the wage fund, application of tariff rates and assessments, salaries, additional payments, allowances, over the tariffication of works;
• Accrual of the variable part based on key performance indicators (KPI) and compensation payments.

From you we expect:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year, but we are ready to consider a less experienced candidate with a thirst for development;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio on advanced user levels;
• Skills in working with an ERP system (preferably 1C);
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Developed analytical skills;
