Compensation and Benefits Manager (C&B Manager)

We are Everstar agency. Our task is to help private defense companies find talented people and bring Ukraine closer to victory.
One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations.
The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes.
The HR department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager .
Required skills and experience:
- 2+ years of compensation and benefits experience;
- Participation in projects in the direction of development of reward systems for various departments of the company;
- Experience in the field of grading and job evaluation is desirable (as a minimum understanding of grading principles);
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Business orientation;
- Knowledge of the basics of labor legislation;
- Communication skills, analytical and critical thinking.
Future duties:
- Payroll planning with all revisions for the period;
- Compensation and benefits planning, control of this budget (additional personnel costs - health insurance, material additional payments, bonuses, etc.);
- Analysis and assessment of the structure and number of personnel, preparation of reports;
- Implementation and support of automated systems for recording wages and compensation packages;
- Budgeting and control of staff costs, implementation of reporting;
- Formation of the methodology of standardizing processes in the company, analysis of the efficiency of the use of working time;
- Participate in other HR projects.
