• Participate in the development of motivational programs and is responsible for calculating the variable share of remuneration for the selected function
• Responsible for comparing the level of remuneration and compensation packages and directly for comparing the selected functions
• Participate in the development of policies and procedures in the area of ​​salaries, compensations and benefits with the aim of increasing the financial motivation of personnel to achieve the Company's goals
• Responsible for the development of pay scales for the positions of selected functions< /li>
• Responsible for the annual review of salaries for selected functions
• Responsible for the formation of the budget of the FOP and the analysis of the budget of the FOP
