requirements for candidates:
- Full Higher Education (Personnel Management); 3 years;
- the ability to form and manage the structure of personnel costs;
- the ability to develop regulatory documents for planning and control over the implementation of plans for the number and expenses of personnel, functionality of units and positions;
- skills of working with computer. Ukraine (in -depth in the part of workers' remuneration).
Basic functional responsibilities:
- Analysis and control of the implementation of the number and expenses of the Naftogaz Company and Enterprises; issues related to the competence of the department;
- Participation in the preparation of the annual report of the Naftogaz group;
- Initiation of proposals for adjusting monthly budgets, annual financial plans of the company and enterprises of the Naftogaz group regarding the number and expenses for personnel. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> working conditions:
