Compensation and Benefits Manager in NAK Naftogaz Ukrayini

• Full Higher Education (Personnel Management); 3 years;
• the ability to form and manage the structure of personnel costs;
• the ability to develop regulatory documents for planning and control over the implementation of plans for the number and expenses of personnel, functionality of units and positions;
• skills of working with computer. Ukraine (in -depth in the part of workers' remuneration).

Basic functional responsibilities:

• Analysis and control of the implementation of the number and expenses of the Naftogaz Company and Enterprises; issues related to the competence of the department;
• Participation in the preparation of the annual report of the Naftogaz group;
• Initiation of proposals for adjusting monthly budgets, annual financial plans of the company and enterprises of the Naftogaz group regarding the number and expenses for personnel. FONT-STYLE: Normal "> working conditions:
