Functional:

• maintenance of the organizational structure and staffing of all businesses of the Holding in an up-to-date state;
• making changes in 1C in the event of changes in the remuneration of employees;
• administrating the processes of calculation and payment of wages;
• communication with employees of the Holding regarding the calculation of wages;
• labor rationing. Participation in the development and updating of KPIs;
• labor market research with a focus on the agricultural sector;
• participation in the development and updating of local regulatory documents on wage issues;
• analysis of HR data

Our candidate:

• has an economic education;
• has work experience in in the relevant field - preferably from 2 years;
• advanced user of 1C 8 and Excel;
• as well as an active and communicative person who loves numbers, analytics and people
