We have the following vision for the responsibilities of the position:
Development and implementation system of budgeting and analysis of the use of personnel costs
Formation of internal and external reporting according to key HR indicators
Participation in the development of analytical dashboards with key HR metrics
Update and control of the implementation of budgets for personnel costs
Update and support of the grading system according to the HayGroup methodology and staff formation schedule
Implementation and digitalization of the labor payment process based on the summary accounting of working hours and variability schedules
Modeling and analysis of the effectiveness of material incentive systems personnel of different levels, including development and support of a system for recording, monitoring and calculating key performance indicators for different categories of employees
Calculating cost and efficiency, analyzing internal customer satisfaction and analyzing compared to the competitive market of the existing package of benefits and compensations, development and calculation of proposals for revising the components of the compensation package
Participation in writing and revising business processes related to the formation, planning and analysis of all components of the system of benefits and compensations< /p>
Full support and administration of some components of the system of benefits and compensations (preparation and review of draft regulations on remuneration and bonuses, maintaining a medical contract insurance, managing the electronic document flow of the Department of Personnel Management, etc.).
Participation in the development of creative videos, articles, gamification tools for the promotion of HR products among employees of the group of companies p>
