Compensation and benefits manager in EVA – liniya magaziniv

Your tasks will include:

• Active participation in the development of reward systems and schemes encouragement - your contribution will stimulate our employees to reach new heights.
• Building matrices to stimulate changes in the remuneration system - here you will need your analytical skills and a creative approach.
• Participation in the process of building a grading system systems - you will be a co-creator of a new personnel evaluation system in our company.
• Labor market analysis and research on the competitiveness of wages - your conclusions will help us to remain leaders in the market.
• Contribution to the process of budgeting and analysis of personnel costs - you will become an important part of the team that plans our resources.
• Training analytical and statistical information - your data will become the basis for making important decisions.
• Participation in other HR projects - you will become an active participant in various initiatives in our company.

What you need to join us:

• Experience of working in large system companies in a similar position for at least 2 years - we are looking for a person who knows how complex structures work.
• Higher economic education - your knowledge will become the foundation for all your achievements.
• Work experience of 2 years or more in the development of reward systems for various divisions of the company (logistics, retail) - we value a variety of experience.
• Desirable experience in building a grading system in the company - this will be your significant plus.
• Experience in preparing data for participation in salary reviews - you will on the wave of the latest data.
• High level of analytical skills and attention to detail - we value accuracy and thoughtfulness.
• Experience of working with large data sets - you are not afraid of numerous numbers and graphs.
• Advanced working skills in Excel, 1C.
