What will be part of your duties:

• calculation of wages and compensation of employees;
• analysis of wages;
• establishment and development of business processes for accounting and calculation of wages;
• consolidation and display of data in the ERP accounting database;
• conducting analysis of the execution of the company budget;
• maintaining internal reporting of the department;
• formation of external reporting;

What do we expect from you?

• Analytical skills and attention to details;
• Experience with Excel;
• Ability to work with large data sets;
• Experience in process optimization and automation will be an advantage;
