Requirements:

• work experience from the 1st year as an analyst, financier;
• knowledge at a high level of the program - MS Office, 1C;
• knowledge Power BI will be a significant advantage;
• experience working with large data sets (Excel is an advanced user);
• ability to visualize data and present it.

Responsibilities:

• collection and processing of data from various sources for the analysis and formation of reports;
• analysis of the Plan-Fact-Variation of personnel costs;
• creation automated dashboards of HR metrics;
• preparation of presentations based on reports with conclusions and recommendations;
• fulfillment of individual official assignments and tasks.
