IRC takes a zero-tolerance approach to wrongdoing and takes all necessary measures and takes corrective action in cases of wrongdoing. The IRC investigative unit consists of specialists and qualified investigators who conduct professional investigations focused on the interests of victims. They get involved if through the reliable and convenient communication channels that the IRC creates for its employees, partners and customers, reports of violations of security norms are received. The IRC is also an active member of the Interagency Working Group on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Violence (PSEA) established in Ukraine.
