BO "Light of Hope" (hereinafter - the Organization) has been a leader in the provision of social services for representatives of key groups in the Poltava region for more than 25 years. Today, the organization's activities are implemented on the territory of Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The main goal of the Organization is: providing a wide range of social services and creating conditions for the sustainable functioning of the public health system at the level of best international practices.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT

BO "Light of Hope" started implementation of the project "Innovative educational and social initiatives to support the vulnerable population of the Sumy region" implemented with the support of Swiss Solidarity. This project is aimed at promoting the creation of a safe, inclusive and fair environment for learning and development, ensuring access to education for women and children and combating gender-based violence at the level of 4 communities of the Sumy region: Konotopsk, Romensk and Sumy. The term of the project implementation is 01.11.2024-31.10.2025.

For the successful implementation of the project, the organization of the community mobilizer service provider in Romny.

Main functions:

•            Conducting meetings and establishing communications in the communities of the Sumy region among the population regarding raising public awareness on gender-based and domestic issues violence, promotes the work of the Russian Railways;
•          Establishing communications among the relevant structural units of the executive power, non-governmental organizations, TsNAP, educational institutions, etc.;
•           Involving the local population (women and girls) in active participation in the activities of the Russian Railways;
•            Conducting informational events in the Russian Railways to counter gender-violent behavior and protection from sexual exploitation and abuse;
•           Formation of a system of setting tasks or challenges for participants who promote active participation and interaction in the community;
•             Makes suggestions on submitting information to a forum or chat for discussing topics related to women's and gender issues.

< strong>Professional requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience from 1 to 3 years in public organizations will be an advantage;
• excellent communication skills, work skills in the team.

Performance period: November 2024 - October 2025.

Terms of payment:

Payment for completed works is made after handover documentation to confirm the work performed for each task and the signing of acts of completed work.
